工业设计助力辽宁省产业升级初探

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON INDUSTRIAL DESIGN TO PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL UPGRADING IN LIAONING PROVINCE

本文通过对辽宁省产业结构及发展现状研究,分析现阶段辽宁省面临的机遇与挑战,辽宁省具备雄厚的工业产业基础和人才优势,但在新时代的条件下,传统产业基数的庞大也加剧了转型升级的难度,制约了转型升级的速度。而新技术和新能源的创新是实现辽宁经济拓进与产业转型升级发展的关键因素。关注创新、思考创新和实践创新的重点就是如何定位,如何高效快速推进产业转型升级发展的实施渠道。而创新是工业设计的核心,通过新技术的应用、产学研相结合等方法破除现今困境,对辽宁省产业升级起到重要作用。

Based on the study of the industrial structure and development status of Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges that Liaoning Province is facing at this stage.Liaoning Province has a strong industrial foundation and talent advantages.However,in the new era,the large base of traditional industries also aggravates the difficulty of transformation and upgrading,and restricts the speed of transformation and upgrading.The innovation of new technology and new energy is the key factor to realize the development of Liaoning's economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.Focusing on innovation,the focus of thinking about innovation and practical innovation is how to position,how to effectively and quickly promote the implementation channels of industrial transformation,upgrading and development.Innovation is the core of industrial design.It plays an important role in the industrial upgrading of Liaoning Province through the application of new technology and the combination of production,learning and research.
