湖南湘西自治州自然保护区保护管理探讨

Discussion on conservation management of nature reserve in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture

通过对湘西土家族苗族自治州范围内的省级、国家级自然保护区的实地调查,从自然保护区的保护区域面积、机构设置、人员编制、资金投入、社会发展、林农生活水平等方面的现状进行分析,分析当前全州自然保护区所面临的问题以及发展的困境,并为湘西自治州的自然保护区管理、建设与发展提供一些切之可行的建议。

Through field investigation on the provincial and national nature reserve in Xiangxi Tujia-miao autonomous prefecture,from the protection of the natural reserve area,institutional setup and personnel,capital investment,the present situation of the social development,and the living standards of forest,the current situations,problems and predicament of the development faced by the nature reserve were analyzed,and some feasible advice on the management,construction and development for Xiangxi autonomous nature reserve prefecture was provided.
