摘要
在参与相关工作的基础上,对目前滇西北地区县市在推进石漠化综合治理工程项目过程的现状及特点进行了归纳分析与研究探讨,指出其在工程建设前期规划、地方配套资金投入、单位投资标准、工程管理与验收机制等方面存在的问题,并针对性的提出了对策措施,为岩溶地区石漠化综合治理工程"十三五"建设规划的有效推进提供了一定的参考。
On the basis of participating in relevant work,the problems which are existed in the preliminary planning of construction project,the local counterpart funds,the unit investment standard and the construction management and acceptance mechanism are pointed out through analysis and research on the state and characteristics of comprehensive control project of rocky desertification in Northwest Yunnan.Meanwhile,in order to provide a certain reference for the effectively promotion of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for comprehensive control of rocky desertification in Karst areas,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in this paper.
