摘要
准确判断一次短路熔痕和二次短路熔痕对电气火灾调查有重大意义,目前短路熔痕的主要鉴定方法为金相法。一次短路熔痕与二次短路熔痕内部的不同结构,导致其密度值存在差异,由此可通过测量熔珠密度来判定熔珠类型。通过不同短路喷溅熔珠密度和金相组织特征的对比分析,发现短路喷溅熔珠的密度受内部孔洞大小、数量和晶粒尺寸的影响。
It is of great significance to accurately judge the primary and secondary short-circuit melt marks for the investigation of electrical fire. The identification of short-circuit melt marks is done mainly by the application of metallographic method. The different structures in the primary and secondary short-circuit melt marks lead to the difference in the density values. Therefore,the type of beads can be determined by measuring the density of beads.Through the comparative analysis of the density and metallographic structure of different short-circuiting spattered beads,it is found that the density of spattered beads is affected by the size of internal holes,number and grain size.
