火场中汽油的高效液相色谱图分析

摘要 汽油作为一种常见的助燃剂,在放火火灾中使用较多,对社会稳定和经济发展造成严重影响。高效液相色谱法具有高效、快速及应用广泛的特点,是对火灾调查鉴定方法的一大补强。以车用92^#、95^#汽油为研究对象,探究高效液相色谱在汽油检测中的实际应用。试验结果表明,使用高效液相色谱法对汽油进行检测,能够发现汽油中含有的标样多环芳烃组分;经过燃烧后,部分组分消失,部分组分含量略有增加。由此可知,高效液相色谱法可以较好地用于汽油的鉴定。 As a common combustion-supporting agent,gasoline is used frequently in arson cases,which has serious influence on social stability and economic development. High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) is one of the most widely used methods of identification,which is highly efficient,rapid and widespread. Taking 92^#,95^# automotive gasoline as the subject,this study applies high performance liquid chromatography in automotive gasoline detection. The experimental results show that when high performance liquid chromatography is used to detect gasoline,the standard sample polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons containing naphthalene,phenanthrene,anthracene and other 10 kinds of components can be found;after burning,some components disappear,some components increase slightly in amount. These results show that high performance liquid chromatography can be better for the identification of gasoline.
