摘要 目前视频监控系统广泛应用于我国各个城市,为分析监控视频资料,快速确定起火原因提供了条件。针对监控无遮挡情形,设计普通ABS塑料实体火及油盘火等常见火灾形式,应用视频分析方法,对油盘火焰和ABS塑料火焰的颜色、面积增长、质心变化及闪烁频率等特征进行提取、对比和分析,总结不同火焰在视频中的特征变化规律,以识别不同火焰,为快速、准确揭示火灾事故真相提供证据。 At present,video surveillance system is widely used in various cities in China,and provides conditions for analyzing and monitoring video data and quickly determining the cause of the fire.For monitoring unobstructed situations,the common fires such as the fire ignition of the common ABS plastic and the fire ignition of the oil pan are designed,and the method of video analysis is applied to extract,compare and analyze the characteristics of oil pan flame and ABS plastic flame,such as color,area growth,center of mass,and flicker frequency.The characteristics of different flames in video are summarized in order to identify different flames and provide evidence for quick and accurate revealing of the cause of fires.
