国际援助视域下巴基斯坦反恐能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement Measures of Pakistan’s Counter-terrorism from the Perspective of International Assistance

当前,国际社会针对巴基斯坦的反恐援助成效不明显。在分析巴基斯坦国内反恐形势的基础上,以反恐援助为切入点,对反恐国际合作援助措施的革新进行初步探讨,提出加强援助国理念互通,成立新基金支持机构,提升对巴基斯坦国内劳动力的吸纳能力等措施,对提升巴基斯坦反恐能力,构建稳定的巴基斯坦国内安全环境具有重大意义。

At present,the international community’s counter-terrorism assistance to Pakistan is not effective.On the basis of analysis of Pakistan’s domestic counter-terrorism situation,as counter-terrorism aid as the breakthrough point,international cooperation against terrorism rescue,the paper discusses the innovation of strengthening the concept of donor countries,set up a new fund to support institutions,improve the absorption capacity of Pakistan’s domestic labor,and so on.The purpose is to improve the capacity of Pakistan’s counter-terrorism,build a stable Pakistan security environment.
