Theoretical Basis and Practical Path of Cultural Anti-terrorism Model

近年来,我国反恐工作取得了一定成效,相应的反恐理论也在不断完善,文化反恐理念的提出顺应当前国际反恐形势发展的新趋势,但当前学界有关文化反恐的基础理论尚未形成体系。通过对文化反恐基础理论的梳理,明确文化反恐的内涵,探析文化反恐的理论支撑,以预测文化反恐的未来趋势、规避可能的逻辑误区,并结合国内外文化反恐的措施,进一步探索我国文化反恐的实践路径,旨在为我国推进文化反恐进程,走出一条中国特色国家安全之路提供借鉴。

In recent years,some achievements have been made in China’s anti-terrorism efforts,and the corresponding anti-terrorism theory is constantly improving.The concept of cultural anti-terrorism conforms to the new trend of the current international anti-terrorism situation,but the basic theory of cultural anti-terrorism in the current academic community is not systematic.On the basis of reviewing the basic theories on cultural anti-terrorism,this paper clarifies its definition,explores the theoretical foundation so as to predict the future trend of cultural anti-terrorism and avoid possible logical errors.This paper also explores in-depth the practical path of cultural anti-terrorism in China by combining the measures of cultural anti-terrorism at home and abroad so as to provide theoretical support for China to further promote the process of cultural anti-terrorism and find a way of national security with Chinese characteristics.
