摘要
随着大数据技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,人们采集、存储、分析、使用数据的能力实现了巨大跨越,社会各领域对数据的价值也越来越重视。基于大数据分析技术,提出警务指挥人才数据化训练考核的新模式,分析其研究的必要性,提出优化训练考核内容、创新训练考核方法、细化训练考核程序、采集分析训练考核数据、建立训练考核指标体系、建立训练考核评价体系等数据化训练考核的流程及其操作要点。
With the rapid development and wide application of big data technology,great progress has been made in people’s ability to collect,store,analyze and use data.More and more attention has been paid to the value of data in various fields of society.Based on big data analysis technology,this paper puts forward a new model of data-based training and assessment of police commanders after the analysis of the necessity of this research,and proposes the procedure and operation points,including optimizing training and assessment content,innovating training and assessment methods,refining training and assessment procedures,collecting and analyzing training and assessment data,establishing training and assessment index system,and establishing training and assessment system.
