摘要
科学合理地设置岗位对医院人事管理体制的创新,规范岗位管理,完善用人机制,调动医院员工的积极性都具有重要意义。作者结合自身工作实践,深入讨论修订岗位设置方案的具体做法和体会,以促进医院的可持续健康发展。
The scientific and rational arrangement of job positions could have a significant impact on the reform of hospital personnel management system,regulation of position management,improvement on employment mechanisms,and the activeness in work for hospital staff.Based on practical working experience in hospitals,this paper discussed the measures of revising the plan of job position settings to facilitate the sustainable development of the hospital.
