急性白血病患者化疗期间应用临床护理路径的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Acute Leukemia during Chemotherapy

目的探讨急性白血病患者化疗期间应用临床护理路径(CNP)的效果。方法选取54例进行CNP干预的急性白血病患者为观察组,同期选择54例进行常规护理干预的急性白血病患者为对照组;比较两组干预后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、并发症发生率及生活质量评分等指标。结果干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分下降程度大于对照组(p<0.01);观察组的恶心呕吐、感染、出血等并发症发生率均低于对照组(p<0.05);观察组的总体健康、情绪功能、角色功能及社会功能评分低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论急性白血病患者化疗期间实施CNP干预,可改善其心理状况,降低并发症发生率,提高预后生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of applying clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in chemotherapy for acute leukemia patients.Methods The observation group of 54 acute leukemia patients received CNP interventions,while the control group of 54 acute leukemia patients underwent routine nursing interventions.The indicators of SAS scores,SDS scores,incidence rate of complications and scores for quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of SAS and SDS score decline in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(p<0.01).The incidence rates of nausea,vomiting,infection and bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).The scores for overall health,emotional functioning,role functioning and social functioning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion CNP interventions in chemotherapy for acute leukemia patients can benefit the psychological state of the patients,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve the prognosis and quality of life.
