行政MDT模式缩短住院患者血液标本周转时间的应用研究

Application of Administration MDT in Reducing Blood Sample Turnaround Time for Inpatients

目的探讨行政MDT模式在缩短住院患者血液标本周转时间中的应用。方法成立行政MDT小组,召开MDT会议,出台相应措施和多部门联合落实,进行总结汇报和评估考核。结果实施行政MDT后,住院患者血液标本周转时间从实施前的60分钟缩短到50分钟(p<0.05);其中晨间时段和白班时段周转时间均有缩短(p<0.05)。结论行政MDT管理模式缩短了住院患者血液标本周转时间,提高了治病效率和行政管理效率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of administration MDT(multidisciplinary team)in reducing blood sample turnaround time for inpatients.Methods The administration MDT team would be built to hold MDT meetings,issue relevant measures,call on different departments to implement the initiatives,summarize the work,and evaluate the effect.Results The blood sample turnaround time for inpatients was reduced from 60 minutes to 50 minutes(p<0.05).The turnaround time during the morning shift and the day shift was shortened(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of administration MDT reduces blood sample turnaround time for inpatients,improves the efficiency of treatments and administrative management,and deserves promotion in practice.
