高校青年科研人员正处于科研人生中的“拔节孕穗期”,是加强学术诚信建设、培养良好学术道德的关键节点。面对高校青年科研人员学术诚信建设中个人主义泛滥、学校管理缺失和社会引领不足的问题,要坚持从提升自身品德修养、充分发挥学校育人功能和培育弘扬社会诚信风气三个方面着手解决。

Young researchers in universities and colleges are in the jointing and booting stage of their scientific life,which is the key point to strengthen the construction of academic integrity and cultivate good academic ethics.Facing such problems as the rampant individualism,the lack of school management and the lack of social guidance,we should solve them from three aspects:improving our own moral cultivation and giving full play to the educational function of schools and cultivating and carrying forward the ethos of social integrity.
