摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌原发病灶和腋窝淋巴结中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、VEGF-D及人乳腺球蛋白(hMAM)的表达。方法收集73例乳腺癌患者原发病灶及对应的146枚腋窝淋巴结标本(阳性腋窝淋巴结87枚,阴性腋窝淋巴结59枚),采用免疫组化检测VEGF-C、VEGF-D及hMAM在乳腺癌原发病灶和腋窝淋巴结中的表达。结果乳腺癌原发病灶中VEGF-C、VEGF-D及hMAM阳性表达率分别为30.14%、36.99%及47.95%,三者共阳性表达率高于共阴性表达率(36.99%vs.20.55%)(P<0.05)。阳性腋窝淋巴结中VEGF-C、VEGF-D及hMAM阳性表达率高于阴性腋窝淋巴结(58.62%vs.27.12%、70.11%vs.33.90%及83.91%vs.22.03%)(P<0.05),阳性腋窝淋巴结中三者共阳性表达率高于共阴性表达率(54.02%vs.8.05%)(P<0.05)。结论VEGF-C、VEGF-D及hMAM共表达于乳腺癌原发病灶和阳性腋窝淋巴结中,可能协同参与乳腺癌的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C),VEGF-D and human mammaglobin(hMAM)in primary breast cancer lesions and axillary lymph nodes.Methods The expressions of VEGF-C,VEGF-D and hMAM in primary breast cancer lesions and axillary lymph nodes were detected in 73 cases of primary breast cancer lesions and 146 axillary lymph nodes(87 positive axillary lymph nodes and 59 negative axillary lymph nodes)by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF-C,VEGF-D and hMAM in primary breast cancer lesions were 30.14%,36.99%and 47.95%,respectively,and the co-positive expression rate was higher than co-negative expression rate in primary breast cancer lesions(36.99%vs.20.55%)(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of VEGF-C,VEGF-D and hMAM in positive axillary lymph nodes were higher than those in negative axillary lymph nodes(58.62%vs.27.12%,70.11%vs.33.90%and 83.91%vs.22.03%)(P<0.05),and the co-positive expression rate was higher than co-negative expression rate in positive axillary lymph nodes(54.02%vs.8.05%)(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF-C,VEGF-D and hMAM are co-expressed in breast cancer primary lesions and positive axillary lymph nodes,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
