摘要 目的观察临床药师在抗菌药物临床应用管理中的作用。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月达州市中心医院收治的使用抗菌药物的患者1789例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组900例和对照组889例,对照组采取常规抗菌药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取临床药师干预,比较2组治疗结果。结果研究组总有效率为95.89%高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.811,P<0.05)。研究组不合理用药发生率为2.89%低于对照组的14.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.848,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.89%低于对照组的18.90%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.364,P<0.05)。结论临床药师干预在抗菌药物临床管理中应用效果较好,可减少不合理用药情况,降低患者不良反应发生率,保障用药安全,促进病情快速康复。 Objective To observe the value of clinical pharmacists in the clinical application and management of antibiotics.Methods 1789 cases of patients who used antibiotics in Dazhou Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.889 cases in the control group were treated with conventional antibiotics,and 900 cases in the research group were treated with clinical pharmacist intervention on this basis,and the treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.89%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),the incidence of irrational drug use in the study group(2.89%)was lower than that in the control group(14.85%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.89%)was lower than that in the control group(18.90%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionClinical pharmacist intervention is effective in the clinical management of antibacterial drugs,can significantly reduce the unreasonable use of drugs,at the same time reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,ensure the safety of drugs,promote the rapid recovery of the disease.
