摘要
目的观察磷酸肌酸钠联合心肌康颗粒辅助治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年11月-2018年10月到泰安市妇幼保健院就诊的小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿98例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各49例。对照组接受常规对症治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上接受磷酸肌酸钠联合心肌康颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、心电图改善情况及治疗前后心肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、心肌酶指标水平变化情况。结果试验组总有效率为91.84%高于对照组的73.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.769,P<0.05)。试验组心电图改善总有效率为89.80%高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.783,P<0.05)。治疗后2组心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、羟丁酸脱氨酶(HBDH)、乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合心肌康颗粒辅助治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎治疗效果较好,可改善心肌酶等多项指标水平,值得进一步推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium creatine phosphate combined with Xinjikang granules in treatment of viral myocarditis in children. Methods 98 children with pediatric viral myocarditis who were admitted to Tai′an City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected. According to random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, each of 49 cases. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment. The experimental group received sodium creatine phosphate combined with Xinjikang granule on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy, electrocardiogram improvement and myocardial cadherin I(cTnI) and myocardial enzyme index levels were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 91.84% higher than 73.47% of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=11.769, P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement in experimental group was 89.80% higher than 71.43% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=10.783, P<0.05). After treatment, the cardiac troponin(cTnI), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), hydroxybutyrate deaminase(HBDH), lactate deaminase(LDH), phosphocreatine kinase(CPK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) levels of two groups was lower than that before treatment, and experimental group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium phosphocreatine combined with Xinjikang granules has a better therapeutic effect on children with viral myocarditis, which can improve the levels of myocardial enzymes and other indicators, which is worth further promotion.
