Reflections and Suggestions on the Comprehensive Implementation of River and Lake Chiefs System

全面推行河长制湖长制以来,各地高度重视,积极推进,河湖管理保护工作取得了显著成效,但也存在许多亟待解决的问题。结合工作经历和实地调研掌握的情况分析了当前河长制湖长制工作中存在的一些突出问题,并提出了有关建议,供推进河长制湖长制工作参考。

Since the comprehensive implementation of the river chiefs system and lake chiefs system,local governments have attached great importance to them and they has been actively promoted.Great achievements have been made in the management and protection of rivers and lakes,but there are still many problems to be solved urgently.Based on the work experience and field investigation,this paper analyzes some outstanding problems existing in the current work of the river chiefs system and lake chiefs system and puts forward some suggestions for them.
