摘要
本文对CF10M奥氏体不锈钢材质进行了固溶处理工艺的研究,研究了固溶温度为1050℃、1075℃、1110℃及保温时间分别为2 h、5 h、8 h时,CF10M奥氏体不锈钢的微观组织与机械性能,研究结果表明:经过固溶处理CF10M奥氏体不锈钢材质组织显著改善,碳化物及铁素体含量显著降低,当固溶温度为1075℃,保温时间为8 h时综合力学性能较好。研究结果为后期铸件固溶处理工艺提供理论依据。
In this paper,the solid solution treatment technology of CF10M austenitic stainless steel was studied.The microstructure and mechanical properties of CF10M austenitic stainless steel were studied when the solid solution temperature was 1050℃,1075℃,1110℃and the holding time was 2 h,5 h and 8 h,respectively.The results showed that the structure of CF10M austenitic stainless steel was significantly improved after solid solution treatment,and the content of carbide and ferrite was significantly reduced.The comprehensive mechanical properties were better when the solid solution temperature was 1075℃and the holding time was 8 h.The results provide a theoretical basis for the solid solution treatment of casting.
