摘要
本文运用XRD、OM、SEM与电子万能拉伸试验机研究了Mg-6.5Al-1.2Zn-0.3Mn-xSm合金的显微组织和力学性能。Mg-6.5Al-1.2Zn-0.3Mn合金中Sm元素加入后,基体组织被显著细化,β-Mg17Al12相变为不连续的颗粒状和小块状,同时出现块状Al2Sm.当Sm质量分数为1%时,其合金最高抗拉强度为161.8 MPa,伸长率为7.33%,综合力学性能较好。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6.5Al-1.2Zn-0.3Mn-xSm magnesium alloy were studied by means of XRD,OM,SEM and electronic universal tensile testing machine.The addition of Sm in wrought magnesium alloy Mg-6.5Al-1.2Zn-0.3Mn remarkably refines its matrix structure,and the phase ofβ-Mg17Al12 changes from network to discontinuous and blocky and granular structure.The second phase Al2Sm appears in the alloy.When the mass fraction of Sm is 1%,the tensile strength of the alloy is the highest,which is 161 MPa,and the elongation is 7.33%.The comprehensive mechanical properties are the best.
