摘要 本文以AZ91镁合金为研究对象,制备锆质量分数为0.3%,0.6%,0.9%的铸态AZ91镁合金。通过采用扫描电镜(SEM)进行组织观察,并做拉伸试验及硬度测试等性能检测,研究了Zr对AZ91镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。本次实验条件下结果显示,锆的加入可以使铸态AZ91镁合金的晶粒细化,机械性能得到提高,但当锆质量分数为0.9%时,效果不再明显,反而有晶粒变粗的倾向,硬度和抗拉强度也有所下降。 In this paper,AZ91 magnesium alloys with mass fraction of 0.3%,0.6%and 0.9%of Zr were investigated.The effect of Zr on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy was studied by means of SEM,tensile test and hardness test.The results of this experiment show that the addition of Zr can refine the grain size and improve the mechanical properties of as-cast AZ91 magnesium alloy.However,when the mass fraction of Zr is 0.9%,the effect is no longer obvious,but the grain size tends to become thicker,and the hardness and tensile strength also decrease.
