摘要
以乘用车用铝合金制动主缸铸件为控制对象,通过生产线和检测流程的合理布局,利用可编程控制器、PROFINET组网,通过人机界面协调控制,与MES系统的数据库上、下行数据交换等智能控制技术,以实现精益生产、质量管控、物流物料,人员工时及设备效率等管理功能。
Taking the aluminum alloy brake main cylinder castings for passenger vehicles as the control object,through the rational layout of production line and testing process,the combination of programmable logic controller and PROFINET network,through the coordinated control of man-machine interface,and the exchange of data with MES database and other intelligent control technologies,management functions such as the lean production,quality control,material control,material flow,personnel working hours and equipment efficiency can be realized.
