摘要
3D打印应用于不同的领域,目前有金属打印、光敏树脂打印、尼纶打印、砂模打印等等,不同的3D打印方式都有其不同的尺寸控制方式,砂模打印是采用扫描式打印方式,打印的砂模尺寸精度除了和X向、Y向运动机构制造精度有关外,还和喷头喷墨有关,本文重点论述了几种砂模打印过程中的尺寸控制方法。
3D printing is used in different fields.Currently,there are metal printing,photosensitive resin printing,nylon printing,sand printing,etc.Different 3D printing methods have different size control methods.Sand type printing is scanning printing.In this way,the accuracy of the printed sand mold is related to the manufacturing precision of the X-direction and Y-direction motion mechanism,and also related to the inkjet of the nozzle.This paper focuses on the size control method in the sand mold printing process.
