胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病并发快速心律失常的临床研究

Clinical study of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia

目的研究胺碘酮联合美托洛尔对冠心病并发快速心律失常患者血压和心电图的影响。方法将本院收治的冠心病并发快速心律失常患者156例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组78例。对照组使用胺碘酮治疗,观察组使用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、血压变化、血液流变学指标及心电图改善情况。结果治疗6个月后,对照组总有效率、舒张压、收缩压、Qtc间期、QRS间期均低于观察组,血细胞比容、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、心率及PR间期均高于观察组,两组比较,P均<0.05。结论使用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病并发快速心律失常,可显著提升治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on blood pressure and electrocardiogram of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia.Methods 156 Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,while the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure changes,hemorheological indexes and electrocardiogram improvement of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,Qtc interval and QRS interval of the control group were lower than those of the observation group.The hematocrit,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,heart rate and PR interval of the control group were higher than those of the observation group,the comparison of them were with P<0.05.Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,.
