智能麻醉药品管理系统在麻醉科中的应用

Application of intelligent drug management system in the department of anesthesiology

目的分析智能麻醉药品管理系统在麻醉科麻醉药物管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2016年1月-2016年12月300例麻醉药品处方为常规麻醉药品管理组,随机抽取2017年1月-2017年12月300例麻醉药品处方为智能麻醉药品管理组。观察两组麻醉药品管理操作时间变化情况、平均周转天数、麻醉药品补药差错率及处方不合格率,分析智能麻醉药品管理系统的应用效果。结果两组麻醉药品盘点时间、发放时间、申领时间、入库时间、周转天数、补药差错率及处方不合格率比较,P均<0.05。结论应用智能麻醉药品管理系统能大大缩短麻醉科麻醉药品操作时间,降低临床麻醉补药差错率及处方不合格率,明显提高工作质量及工作效率,对保障麻醉用药安全具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect of intelligent anesthetic drug management system in management of anesthetic drug.Methods 300 cases of anesthetic prescription were randomly selected and divided into the conventional management group from January 2016 to December 2016 and 300 cases were randomly selected and divided into intelligent management group from January 2017 to December 2017.The change of operation time,average turnover days,supply error rate and unqualified rate of prescription were compared between the two groups in order to analyze the the application effect of intelligent anesthetic drug management system.Results After applying the intelligent anesthetic drug management system,the inventory time,the distributing time,the applying time,the storing time,the turnover time,supply error rate and unqualified rate of prescription of the two groups were compared with P<0.05.Conclusion The application of intelligent anesthetic drug management system can greatly shorten the operation time,reduce supply error rate and unqualified rate of prescription,significantly improve the quality and efficiency of work,which has great significance in ensuring the safety of anesthetic drugs.
