基础教育教研工作转型:理念倡导与实践创新 被引量:33

The Transformation of Teaching Research: Concept Advocacy and Practice Innovation

摘要 教研转型是教研工作在理念、内容、方式和工作机制上的系统性、深层次变革。推动教研工作转型是教研部门深化基础教育课程改革、落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,也是教研工作随着内部条件的变化而实现自我更新的需要。当前,教研工作正从单纯关注学科教学转向关注学科的育人价值,从碎片化、散点式教研活动走向主题式、项目式推进,从单纯面对面的教研活动转向面对面与网络教研相互补充,从依靠经验给予笼统反馈转向依靠证据和研究开展实证教研;协同教研、面向农村教师的教研也大大扩展了教研工作的参与面和影响力。但是,我国的教研转型也面临着一些问题,需要从观念、制度和机制上加以革新。 The transformation of teaching research is a systematic and profound reform in the concepts, content, methods and working mechanism of teaching research work. To promote the transformation of teaching research is an inevitable requirement to deepen the curriculum reform of basic education and implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents. It is also the need of self-renewal of teaching research with the change of internal and external conditions. The teaching research is shifting from focusing on subject teaching to paying attention to the educational value of the subject and the actual needs of teachers and students, from fragmented and scattered teaching research activities to thematic and project-oriented advancement, from simple face-to-face teaching research activities to both face-to-face and online teaching research, from relying on experience, giving general feedback to relying on evidence and research to carrying out empirical teaching research. Meanwhile, the collaborative teaching research has greatly expanded the participation and influence of teaching research work. China’s teaching research transformation is also facing some problems, which calls for reforms in terms of ideas, systems and mechanisms.
