摘要
近年来,免疫治疗在鼻咽癌等多种恶性肿瘤治疗中疗效显著,显示出较好的发展前景.目前鼻咽癌免疫治疗手段主要有肿瘤疫苗治疗、过继性免疫细胞治疗及免疫检查点抑制剂治疗等,探索免疫治疗在鼻咽癌治疗研究中的应用及其机制具有重要意义.
In recent years,immunotherapy has been highly effective in the treatment of various malignant tumors such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma,showing a good development prospect.At present,immunothe-rapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma mainly includes tumor vaccine treatment,adoptive immune cell therapy and immunological checkpoint inhibitor treatment.It is of great significance to explore the application and mechanism of immunotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
