参归养血片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗免疫性复发性流产的疗效及对激素水平和内分泌功能的影响

Curative effect of Shengui Yangxue tablet combined with progesterone capsule in treatment of recurrent immune abortion and the impact on hormone level and endocrine function

目的观察参归养血片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗免疫性复发性流产的疗效及对激素水平和内分泌功能的影响。方法选取2017年2月-2018年7月浙江省台州医院收治的90例免疫性复发性流产患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组各45例。对照组予以黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上予以参归养血片治疗。对比两组临床疗效及临床指标,观察治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕激素(P)、雌二醇(E2)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并分析不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(91.11%)明显高于对照组(71.11%)(P<0.05),观察组止血时间、腰部胀痛缓解时间、小腹疼痛缓解时间、流产征象消失时间均明显少于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组与对照组血清LH、P、E2水平均明显高于治疗前(均P<0.05),血清FSH水平治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05),观察组血清LH、P、E2水平均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组与对照组血清β-h CG水平明显升高,血清CRP水平明显下降(均P<0.05),观察组血清β-h CG水平明显高于对照组,CRP水平明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论参归养血片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗免疫性复发性流产的疗效显著,能有效调节患者内分泌激素水平,安全性高,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shengui Yangxue tablet combined with progesterone capsule in treatment of recurrent immune abortion and the impact on hormone level and endocrine function.Methods From February 2017 to July 2018,90 patients with recurrent immune abortion treated in Taizhou Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,45 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by progesterone capsule,the patients in observation group were treated by progesterone capsule and Shengui Yangxue tablet.The clinical effects and clinical indexes in the two groups were compared.The levels of serum follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-h CG),and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment were observed,the incidence rates of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group(91.11%)was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(71.11%)(P<0.05).The time of hemostasis,remission time of abdominal distention and pain,remission time of lower abdomen pain,disappearance time of abortion signs in observation group were statistically significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of LH,P,and E2 after treatment in the two groups were statistically significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum FSH level in the two groups between before and after treatment(P>0.05).The levels of serum LH,P,and E2 in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serumβ-h CG in the two groups increased significantly,while the levels of serum CRP in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),the level of serumβ-h CG in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group,while the level of serum CRP in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion The curative effect of Shengui Yangxue tablet combined with progesterone capsule in treatment of recurrent immune abortion is significant.The therapy can effectively regulate the levels of endocrine hormones with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
