摘要
采用类核壳乳液聚合法,以石蜡为芯材、苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物为壁材,制备了具有相变储能功能的微胶囊。研究了无机分散剂、反应搅拌速率、芯壁用量比、壁材单体配比等参数对微胶囊性能的影响;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、马尔文激光粒度仪、差式扫描量热仪及热重分析仪等对微胶囊的性能进行分析。研究结果表明:反应体系中添加无机分散剂后,微胶囊的平均粒径明显减小;最佳工艺条件下制备的微胶囊的平均粒径为37.8μm,产率为96.4%,芯材含量为54.26%,耐受温度为190℃。
A series of phase change energy storage microcapsules were synthesized by core-shell-like emulsion polymerization with 48# solid paraffin as the core material and styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer as the shell material. The effect of inorganic dispersant, stirring speed, core-shell ratio and monomer ratio of the shell materials on the properties of prepared microcapsules was studied in detail. The microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, DSC, TG and DLS. The results showed that the addition of inorganic dispersant can significantly reduce the average particle size of the microcapsules. Under optimal preparation conditions, the yield of the microcapsules with a core content of 54.26% reached 96.4%;the average particle size of the microcapsules was 37.8 μm;and the temperature tolerance reached 190 ℃.
