摘要
使用炭黑和羰基铁粉(CIP)制备了三种氯丁橡胶基磁流变弹性体(MREs),考察了填料种类对MREs力学性能、储能模量和损耗模量的影响。结果表明,炭黑的加入提高了最大转矩和最小转矩,提高了硫化胶的拉伸强度与300%定伸拉力;羰基铁粉的加入提高了混炼胶的硫化速度,但对混炼胶无明显补强作用;羰基铁粉和炭黑的加入都提高了试样的储能模量和损耗模量,都使橡胶的Payne效应和Mullins效应更加明显。通过扫描电镜分析发现,循环拉伸测试后羰基铁粉与橡胶之间出现明显的孔隙,致使羰基铁粉从橡胶基体中脱离;羰基铁粉表面光滑,说明羰基铁粉与橡胶基体的浸润性不良。
Three kinds of neoprene based magnetorheological elastomers(MREs) were prepared with carbon black and carbonyl iron powder(CIP).The addition of carbon black increased the maximum torque and minimum torque,and increased the tensile strength of vulcanizates and 300% constant tensile strength.The addition of carbonyl iron powder increased the vulcanization rate of the mixture,but had no reinforcing effect on the mixture.The addition of carbonyl iron powder and carbon black increased the initial energy storage modulus and initial loss modulus of the sample,and the addition of carbonyl iron powder and carbon black enhanced the Payne effect and Mullins effect of rubber.Through SEM photos,it was found that after cyclic tensile test,there were obvious pores between carbonyl iron powder and rubber,which caused the carbonyl iron powder to break away from the rubber matrix.
