摘要
以CaCl2作为絮凝剂对白炭黑/天然胶乳混合液进行絮凝,研究了不同用量的CaCl2对硫化胶硫化性能以及动态物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,CaCl2用量为干胶质量的3.0%时,絮凝制备的硫化胶具有最佳的综合性能。
In this paper,CaCl2 was used as flocculant to flocculate the mixture of white carbon black and natural latex,and the influence of CaCl2 of different mass fractions on vulcanization properties and dynamic physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizing adhesive was studied.The results showed that when CaCl2 dosage was 3.0% of the mass of dry glue,the vulcanized glue prepared by flocculation had the best comprehensive performance.
