摘要
采用乳液聚合方法,开展了丁苯橡胶SBR1507制备和性能研究;确定了合成胶乳配方中的相对分子质量调节剂加料水平、氧化还原加料水平、乳化剂配比,完成了SBR1507新产品小试技术研究;制备了20 kg SBR1507样品用于力学性能检测,并进行了产品性能研究。结果表明,SBR1507样品力学性能达到考核指标;在广东某鞋厂完成了SBR1507产品应用实验,效果较好。
The butadiene-styrene rubber SBR1507 was prepared by emulsion polymerization method.The feeding levels of relative molecular mass regulator and Redox agent were determined.The small test technology research of new product SBR1507 was finished.10 kg of SBR1507 sample was prepared for mechanical property test and product performance study.The results showed that the mechanical properties of SBR1507 sample reached the evaluation index.The application test of SBR1507 product was completed in a shoe factory in Guangdong,and the effect was good.
