摘要
针对煤矿井下蓄电池车常用直流电机、异步电机作为牵引电机中存在的故障率高、维护困难、起动转矩小等问题,采用SRM替代原牵引系统电机的方案,设计了1套基于数字信号处理器TMS320F28335为控制核心,以旋转变压器作为速度位置检测的开关磁阻电机调速系统,将该系统成功应用于VTC650支架搬运车的牵引改造,提高了整机的可靠性和稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of high failure rate, difficult maintenance and small starting torque of DC motor and asynchronous motor commonly used in traction motor of underground accumulator car in coal mine, a scheme of replacing the traction motor with switched reluctance motor, a SRM speed control system based on DSP TMS320 F28335 and resolver as speed and position detection is designed.The system has been successfully applied to the traction transformation of VTC650 carrier truck, which improves the reliability and stability of the whole machine.
