摘要
基于多元智能理论,运用文献调研、问卷调查、因子分析等方法构建基础研究类创新型科技人才四智能结构模型并进行实证检验,借助TOPSIS多指标决策算法对模型进行评价并绘制人才智能结构图。研究表明:基础研究类创新型科技人才具有多元化的智能结构;人才的选拔、任用、培育工作应以发挥优势智能、弥补弱势智能为基本原则;用人单位应量身定制,制定更为匹配的人才培育和发展计划。
Based on the theory of multiple intelligence theory,through literature review,questionnaire and factor analysis,this paper constructs the model of four intelligence features of innovative science and technology talents and tests it empirically,by the use of TOPSIS multiindicator decision-making algorithm,the model is evaluated and the structure diagram of talent intelligence is drawn.It is found out that innovative science and technology talents of the basic research type possess multiple intelligence structure;the selection,appointment and cultivation of talents should give full play to the advantageous intelligence and supplement the disadvantaged intelligence;employing units should set up tailored talent training and developing plans.
