摘要
工业固废是目前重要的污染源之一,通过焚烧是进行工业固废减量化、资源化利用的常规方法。但是其产生的烟气成分复杂,污染物浓度波动大,治理难度大,是环保治理的一个难点。通过熔炼炉烟气超低排放工程应用和运行情况分析,系统脱硝效率大于98.6%,脱硫效率大于95%,CO脱除率约97%,VOCs脱除效率大于95%,在满足超低排放要求的污染物排放指标的同时可以协同脱除多种污染物。还阐述了RTO燃烧室旁路风门调整试验情况、SCR直喷氨水分析、GGH结构型式和运行存在的问题、湿式电除尘器的变工况调节适应性。在总结熔炼炉烟气超低工艺的可行性上提出了工艺改进措施。
Industrial solid waste is one of the most important pollution sources at present. Incineration is a routine method for industrial solid waste reduction and resource utilization.However, the flue gas components produced by it are complex,the concentration of pollutants fluctuates greatly, and the treatment is difficult, which is a difficult task for environmental protection. According to the engineering application and operation analysis of ultra-low emissio n of smelting furnace flue gas, the system’s denitrification efficiency is more than 98.6%, desulfurization efficiency is more than 95%, CO removal rate is about 97%, VOCs removal efficiency is more than 95%. While meeting the emission target of ultra-low emission, the system can synergistically remove many pollutants.The adjustment test of RTO combustion chamber by-pass air valve,analysis of SCR direct injection ammonia water, GGH structure and operation problems, and adaptability of wet electrostatic precipitator under variable conditions. On the basis of summarizing the feasibility of smelting furnace flue gas ultra-low process, the improvement measures are put forward.
