摘要
以洮滆水系为研究对象,通过Biolog-ECO技术分析了长荡湖、滆湖、太湖竺山湖等洮滆水系底质微生物的群落功能性。研究发现微生物整体代谢能力竺山湖>滆湖>长荡湖。微生物丰富度指数、多样性指数与均匀度指数由高到低的排列顺序分别为滆湖、长荡湖、竺山湖。湖泊底泥微生物对碳源利用能力的差异性较小,因洮滆水系的碳源等外来污染物基本相似。
The functional characteristics of the microbial community existing in base microflora of the Taoge river system was studied by Biolog-ECO technology. The microbial metabolic activity order was Zhushan Bay > Ge lake > Changdang lake. Richness index, Shannon-wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index from high to low arrangement respectively was Ge lake > Changdang lake > Zhushan Bay. The differences in microbial biomass utilization capacity of several lakes are relatively low, indicating that the carbon source or external pollutants of the whole Taoge river system are basically similar.
