森田疗法治疗强迫症疗效的Meta分析

Morita therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder:a Meta-analysis

目的探讨强迫症患者治疗中森田疗法合并抗抑郁药物与单纯抗抑郁药物治疗的疗效比较。方法检索PubMed、维普、中国知网、万方医学网中关于森田疗法治疗强迫症的文献,用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入研究的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12篇文献。分析的结果显示,森田疗法联合抗抑郁药物治疗组强迫、焦虑、社会功能的康复效果均优于单纯抗抑郁治疗的对照组(P<0.01),总有效率也高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论森田疗法合并抗抑郁药物能更好地改善强迫症患者的强迫、焦虑症状和社会功能。

Objective To explore the effect of combining antidepressants with Morita therapy and antidepressants alone in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods PubMed,VIP,CNKI and WANFANG MED ONLINE were searched for literature on Morita therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder.Meta-analysis of the literature included in the study was conducted using RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 12 articles were included.The results of the analysis showed that the rehabilitation effect of compulsive,anxious and social functions in the Morita group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the total efficiency of the Morita group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The combination of the Morita therapy with antidepressants can better improve compulsive,anxiety symptoms and social function in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder.
