抗精神病药物治疗所致体重增加与血清细胞因子的关系

摘要 抗精神病药物是治疗精神分裂症及其他精神障碍最主要的方法,尤其第二代抗精神病药物,与精神分裂症患者体重增加显著相关。具有高增重倾向的抗精神病药物,如氯氮平和奥氮平,会影响免疫基因的表达,并引起血清细胞因子水平的变化,最终下调神经炎症。越来越多的证据表明,抗精神病药物通过影响细胞因子水平变化,阻止下丘脑冋路通过厌食反应恢复能量平衡,最终导致体重增加。现就抗精神病药物治疗所致体重增加与血清细胞因之间的相关研究作一综述,在此基础上,为临床医师筛选抗精神病药物治疗所致体重增加的潜在生物标志物,提供参考借鉴意义。 Antipsychotic medications(APs)are the most important way to treat schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders,especially the second-generation-antipsychotics(SGAs),which are significantly related with weight gain in schizophrenia.APs with a high tendency of weight gain,such as clozapine and olanzapine,will affect the expression of immune genes and cause changes in serum cytokine levels,thus eventually downregulate neuroinflammation.Recently increasing evidence suggests that the APs changes the levels of cytokines to prevent the hypothalamus loop back by anorexia reaction energy balance,eventually lead to weight gain.This article reviews the relationship between serum cytokines and weight gain in schizophrenia.On this basis,it can provide references for clinicians to screen potential biomarkers of antipsychotic-induced weight gain.
