摘要
九龙矿15449S工作面是在大采深、高承压水的环境下,在采掘工程前进行了区域超前治理工作、综合物探工作、井下钻探验证工作后进行工作面回采的,但在工作面回采过程中,出现了不同程度的滞后出水现象,影响了工作面安全生产。同层立体注浆防治煤层底板水害技术研究就是在上述背景下展开的,针对日趋严峻的防治水形势,通过对15449S工作面底板出水机理的分析,查找水害发生原因,探讨研究一套深部矿井奥灰水害防治技术显得尤为重要,以此来适应高采动应力和高承压水的工作环境,实现工作面的安全生产。
15449S working face of Jiulong Mine is under the environment of large mining depth and high confined water.Before the mining project,regional advanced treatment work,pre-mining comprehensive geophysical exploration work,and pre-mining underground drilling verification work were carried out.However,during the mining process of mining face,lagging water phenomenon of varying degrees appeared,which affected the safety production of the mining face.The research on the technology of three-dimensional grouting in the same layer for the prevention of water damage on the floor of the coal seam was carried out.Aiming at the increasingly severe situation of water prevention and control,by analyzing the water outlet mechanism of the floor of the 15449S working face,the cause of water damage and a set of deep mine water prevention technology was adapted to the working environment of high mining stress and high pressure water to achieve safe production on the working face.
