摘要
传统超速阻车器与两根轨道相连安设,矿车超速后触碰罐挡使羊角罐挡弹起,绊住矿车车轴,但此类阻车器阻止矿车行驶的接触面积小,超速后由于惯性容易造成翻车,并且传统的超速阻车器受井下恶劣环境影响,容易被淤煤堵塞失效。为解决上述问题,通过分析研究,设计了一种煤矿井下轨道斜巷运输机械式超速阻车器,提高了施工效率,满足“人—机—环—管”安全综合管理四要素,避免了超速阻车器人为失效的现象。
The traditional overspeed car stopper is connected to two tracks installed.After the overspeed of the minecart,it touches the tank stop to cause the shofar canister to bounce and trip over the axle of the minecart.However,the contact area of such a carstop to prevent the minecar from traveling was small.After overspeed,it was easy to cause rollover due to inertia,and the traditional overspeed car blocking device was afiected by the harsh environment of the underground,and easily blocked by coal silting and fails.In order to solve the above problems,through analysis and research,a kind of mechanical over-speed car stopper for the inclined roadway transportation of underground coal mines was designed to improve the construction efficiency and meet the four elements of"man-machine-loop-pipe"safety comprehensive management to avoid overspeed phenomenon of artificial failure of the car stopper.
