裕泰煤矿综放工作面注水防尘技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决裕泰煤矿综放工作面粉尘产出量较大的问题,综合现场考察与分析,对工作面粉尘浓度进行了监测,提出了煤层长孔注水预先湿润煤体的降尘措施,详细研究了注水参数的选取。研究表明,合理的注水参数为注水钻孔孔深45m,间距12m,高度距巷道底板1.5m,注水压力8MPa,注水时间60h,经注水后,工作面全尘浓度降低约50%-60%,呼尘浓度降低约60%~70%. In order to solve the problem of large amount of flour dust output in the fiilly mechanized caving work of Yutai Mine,by comprehensive on-site investigation and analysis,the working dust concentration was monitored,and the dust reduction measures for pre-wetting coal in coal seam long hole water injection were proposed.The selection of the water injection parameters were studied.The research showed that the reasonable water injection parameters were,water injection hole depth 45 m,spacing 12m,height 1.5 m from the floor of the roadway,water injection pressure 8 MPa,water injection time 60 h,after the water injection,the total dust concentration of the working surface was reduced by about 50%~60%,the dust concentration was reduced by about 60%〜70%.
