心脏自主神经作用于心房颤动的研究进展

Research progress of cardiac autonomic nerve on atrial fibrillation

心房颤动(房颤)是临床上常见的心律失常之一。心脏自主神经在房颤的发生和维持中扮演了十分重要的角色。心脏内在和外在自主神经都对心脏节律和功能的调节具有重要意义,异常的自主神经激活可以导致房颤的发生。因此,在房颤研究中,自主神经调控已成为治疗房颤的研究热点。目前,较常用的心脏自主神经调控方法主要包括:去交感神经化、刺激迷走神经、消融心脏神经节丛等。本文主要就心脏自主神经影响房颤的作用机制及心脏自主神经调控方法加以综述。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinic.Cardiac autonomic nerve plays an important role in the occurrence and maintenance of AF.Both internal and external autonomic nerves play a key role in regulating heart rhythm and cardiac function.Abnormal activation of autonomic nerves could lead to the occurrence of AF.Therefore,autonomic nervous regulation has become a research hotspot in the treatment of AF.At present,the commonly used methods of cardiac autonomic nerve regulation include sympathetic denervation,vagal nerve stimulation and ganglionated plexi(GP)ablation.This article reviews the mechanism of cardiac autonomic nerve affecting AF and the methods of cardiac autonomic nerve regulation.
