摘要
以木霉、白腐真菌、酵母、乳酸菌作为菌种配比的原料,设计8个配比关系处理玉米秸秆,根据秸秆的干物质降解率、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维等指标的测定,筛选出最佳菌种配比,其中H组的效果最好。以最佳配比组合设置5个梯度的添加量应用于肉牛生产中,通过对肉牛适口性、采食量、日增重、饲料转化率的观察和测定,得出获得最佳生产性能的添加量为0.2%。结果表明,可将最佳配比最佳添加量的菌种添加于玉米秸秆,生产生物颗粒饲料。
The corn straw was treated with eight ratios based on wood mold,white rot fungus,yeast and lactobacillus as raw materials,and the best ratio was selected according to the degradation rate of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber and neutral washing fiber of straw.Among them,group H has the best effect.Then,the addition of five gradients is applied to beef cattle production with the best ratio combination.Through the observation and determination of beef cattle’s appeticity,feeding capacity,increasing weight,and feed conversion rate,the best production performance is obtained,the amount of addition is 0.2%.The best proportion of the best added seed was added to corn straw to produce biological granule feed.
