摘要
试验采用原子吸收分光光度计测定铬的含量,称取不同样品、不同梯次称样量结果进行比较,鱼粉、配合饲料、浓缩料称取6 g试样,石粉称取3 g样品,测定结果最接近于实际值。不同称样量样品所测结果有明显差异,鱼粉、配合饲料、浓缩料称取6g测定数据稳定,石粉称取3g测定效果最好,与实际值偏差较小,且回收率为97%~102%。
In this experiment,the content of chromium was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results of weighing different samples and different scales were compared,6 g samples were taken from fish meal,compound feed and concentrate,and 3 g samples were weighed from stone powder.The measurement result was closest to the actual value.The results of different sample weight samples were significantly different,fish meal,compound feed,concentrated material weighing 6 g measured data is stable,stone powder weighing 3 g measured best,with little deviation from the actual value,and the recovery rate was 97%-102%.
