摘要
以金厂峪蚀变岩为原料,构建Si-Al-Ca-Fe-Mg-O混熔体系并在高温条件下重构其物相组成和结构关系,成功制备矿物结晶釉。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射电子探针(EPMA)等微区原位观测手段对矿物釉面的物相组成和微观结构进行表征。结果表明:矿物釉的结晶体为石英、赤铁矿和镁铁氧体(MgFe2O4),玻璃相以硅铝钙氧化物为主;重构反应过程中,原料中的铁白云石等矿物分解并氧化生成了铁和镁的氧化物,在进一步反应中通过Mg2+的置换作用形成了镁铁氧体。
Si-Al-Ca-Fe-Mg-O system has been built with the alterated rocks as raw material to produce mineral crystal glaze under the high temperature.In this paper an investigation has been made into microstructure and phase composition by the way of X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and field emission electron probe microstructure(EPMA).The results indicate that the crystal of mineral glaze is quartz,hematite and magnesium ferrite.The ankerite and other minerals in the raw materials decomposed to produce Fe2O3,Fe3O4 and Mg O and formed Mg Fe2O4 due to the replacement of Mg2+.
