摘要
肿瘤、外伤、先天畸形等导致的软骨缺损临床十分常见。目前,组织工程软骨修复技术在整形外科各领域均获得了较多进展,但种子细胞来源问题仍是限制这一技术临床应用转化的重要瓶颈。本文重点综述目前软骨组织工程技术常用的种子细胞来源,阐述各类种子细胞的生物学行为特性、研究进展及面临的挑战,为组织工程软骨的临床应用转化提供参考。
Cartilage lesion caused by tumor,trauma and congenital malformation is very common in clinic.Tissue engineering techniques,which can regenerate live and functional cartilage,have made great progress in various fields of plastic surgery in the past decades.However,cell source remains an important obstacle for further clinical application of tissue engineered cartilage.Here,the paper reviews the commonly used cell sources in tissue engineering of cartilage,summarizes the specific features of these candidate cells which derived from different tissues,and inspects the progress and challenges of these cells in tissue engineering cartilage.In summary,this review will provide detailed insights for the clinical application of tissue engineering cartilage.
