低温等离子射频技术在咽喉手术中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 低温等离子射频技术是从国外引进的一项微创技术,自从应用于临床以来,推动了手术治疗向微创、精准、安全的方向发展。耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术部位"孔小洞深",传统手术难度较大、风险较高,低温等离子射频技术的推广得到广大医师及患者的认可与青睐。近年来,随着临床应用逐渐增多,低温等离子射频技术在咽喉手术中的优势、使用中出现的问题、新的手术适应证的拓展越来越多引发相关学者思考。本文主要就低温等离子射频技术在咽喉手术中的应用现状及研究进展做一综述。 Low-temperature plasma radio frequency technology is a minimally invasive technology introduced from abroad.Since its application in clinical practice,it has promoted the development of surgical treatment in a minimally invasive,precise and safe direction.Otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery site is"Hole small hole deep"and the traditional surgery is more difficult with higher risks.The emergence of low temperature plasma radio frequency technology is recognized and favored by clinicians and patients.In recent years,with the increase of clinical application,the advantages of low-temperature plasma radio frequency technology in throat surgery,the problems in use,and the expansion of new surgical indications have also led more and more scholars to think.This paper mainly reviews the application status and research progress of low temperature plasma radio frequency technology in throat surgery.
