出院准备服务对住院糖尿病患者血糖管理和出院指导质量的影响

Influence of Discharge Preparation Service on Blood Glucose Management and Discharge Guidance Quality of Diabetic Patients

【目的】探讨出院准备服务对住院糖尿病患者血糖管理和出院指导质量的影响。【方法】选择2018年5~7月在湘雅医院内分泌科住院的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组各40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受出院准备服务,比较两组患者住院期间血糖管理和出院指导质量。【结果】观察组血糖达标率高于対照组,高血糖及低血糖发生率低于対照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院指导质量总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。【结论】出院准备服务可以提高住院糖尿病患者血糖管理和出院指导质量,值得临床推广应用。

【Objective】To explore the influence of discharge preparation service on blood glucose management and discharge guidance quality of inpatients with diabetes mellitus.【Methods】Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of endocrinology of Xiangya Hospital from May to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received discharge preparation service on the basis of the control group,and compared the quality of blood glucose management and discharge guidance between the two groups.【Results】The rate of blood glucose in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total score of discharge guidance quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Discharge preparation service can improve the quality of blood glucose management and discharge guidance for diabetic patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
