Interpretation of Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Clostridium Difficile Infection in Adults

艰难梭菌(Clostridium difficile,CD)为人类肠道的条件致病菌,是医院和社区感染性腹泻的重要病原菌。随着抗生素的滥用及高毒力菌株027/NAP1/BI型的流行,艰难梭菌感染(CDI)的发病率不断上升,已引起世界范围的关注。2017年发表的《中国成人艰难梭菌感染诊断和治疗专家共识》是首次针对CDI诊断和治疗的中国专家共识,在业界受到高度关注。本文就《中国成人艰难梭菌感染诊断和治疗专家共识》中艰难梭菌感染的诊断、检测及治疗进行解读。

Clostridium difficile(CD) is a conditional pathogen of human intestinal tract, which is an important pathogen of infectious diarrhea in hospitals and communities. With the abuse of antibiotics and the prevalence of high virulent strain 027/Nap1/Bi, the incidence of Clostridium difficile infection(CDI) is increasing, which has attracted worldwide attention. The Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Clostridium Difficile Infection published in 2017 is the first Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of CDI, which has attracted great attention. In this paper, the diagnosis, detection and treatment of C. difficile infection in the "Consensus of Experts on the Diagnosis and Treatment of C. difficile infection in Chinese Adults" were interpreted.
