摘要
本文对传统湿法炼锌工艺如何降低两段浸出渣中的锌含量进行了分析,根据浸出渣中锌的化学物相分析,从焙砂可溶锌率、浸出过程控制、渣过滤等环节,详细阐述了影响湿法炼锌过程浸出渣含锌的一些主要因素,从生产实践的角度就降低浸出渣含锌的途径展开了相关探讨。
This paper analyzes how to reduce the content of zinc in the two-stage leaching residue in the traditional zinc hydrometallurgy process.According to the chemical phase analysis of zinc in the leaching residue,the main factors affecting the zinc content in the leaching residue in the zinc hydrometallurgy process are described in detail from the links such as the soluble zinc rate of calcine,the leaching process control and the residue filtration.From the perspective of production practice,the ways to reduce zinc content in leaching residue are discussed.
