浅谈高铋铜阳极板电解生产实践 被引量:2

摘要 为生产高纯电铜,电解生产要求原料杂质低及电解液杂质低,但国润铜业阳极板铋杂质升高,造成电解液杂质含量高,而电解液因含铋高(1.9 g/L)阴极铜出现四角长毛刺。当添加剂维持正常时硫不会超标,但阴极铜四边长毛刺又要求加大添加剂用量。为此本文介绍了低砷高铋电解液电解铜生产控制经验,通过生产实践总结出五项电解液高铋生产的建议,为同类企业提供参考。 In order to produce high-purity cathode copper,electrolysis production requires low impurity of raw materials and low impurity of electrolyte.However,the increase of bismuth impurity in anode plate of Guorun Copper Co.,Ltd.results in the high impurity content of electrolyte,and due to the high content of bismuth(1.9 g/L)in the electrolyte,cathode copper appears burr on the four side.When the additive keeps normal,the sulfur will not exceed the standard,inorder to prevent the burr on the four sides of cathode copper,it is required to increased the amount of additive.This paper introduces the production control experience of copper electrolysis with low arsenic and high bismuth electrolyte.Five suggestions for the production of high bismuth electrolyte are summarized through production practice,which can provide reference for similar enterprises.
